Back to drawing board...
We met Roy to settle the hdb reno application form and defects lists etc. At the same time also to tell him some of the changes we may need to do...
Well, after seeing the 'actual' house, we realised tat we prob need to change some of the ideas we had... for eg. the living room space. cos it's larger than we thot, the original idea wld not be nice...
We also kinda decided that we'll hack away the vanity top to place a sink that i saw in ikea that like :) It's something like the pic ... Well, i know the reno work hasnt started yet, but kinda glad that we took him.. cos he's recommended by my fren's sister and we're comfortable with him... can see that he goes for quality and customer satisfaction (and hence, referals). Cos there was this other company who's quotation was so much lower... calculated that their 'package' was cheap, but add ons were expensive. Realised that we will have changes/add-ons along the way.. and Roy was willing to throw in some things foc for us. yay :)
So we bombarded him with our opinions and got him to design something nice and cheap for us...hee. Dallas gave him quite a bit of homework for the tv room too. He also drew out some draft perspective drawings of the kitchen & wardrobe. :)

So, getting raindance shower head or not? Heee
yap yap.. can't really live with the pink one leh..
i also 'gian' for the raindance.. but hdb gave new shower heads.. and it's not bad lor.. so think wont change lah. next time spoilt den change? :)

maybe u cna change the shower head to "bigger one" so like raindance! I saw, u know?
But I think they will tell u the water pressure may not be gd if not using own water heater. if my previous owner didn't have own water tank, i wld not have gotten the ok to get similar "raindance" too.
